How much will staging cost me?
Following your preliminary consultation, pricing and fees are determined according to staging necessities, such as additionally leased or purchased accents and accessories (if required), in addition to the homes total square footage. I will explain all work that needs to be done and explain all expectations.
What does staging entail?
A thorough examination of your home will be performed. During this examination I will create a layout of your home, specifying optimal furniture placement and/or removal in addition to accents and accessories that will add life and depth to each room. Any items that detract from the homes beauty will be tastefully disguised or removed. Finally, breath taking photos will be taken for yours and your realtor's use.
